Spin To Upgrade achievements reward players for exploring zones, finding rare gems, and participating in plaza boss fights or seasonal events. Tier Up Studios includes nine official badges that track initial milestones and group combat encounters.

Core Progression and Discovery Badges

Three badges recognize early account milestones and map exploration:

• Welcome to Tier Up!: Unlocks automatically upon joining the game for the first time.
• Gem Discovery: Triggers as soon as you uncover your first gem while breaking ores.
• Enter the AFK zone: Granted immediately upon stepping into the dedicated AFK zone.

These achievements do not require combat gear or high-tier pickaxes, making them accessible during your initial play session.

Plaza Boss Encounter Badges

Four of the game's badges center on group battles located in the central plaza. These encounters award completion credit when you assist in taking down specific world bosses:

• Lava Tamer: Granted when you help defeat a Lava Golem at the plaza.
• Icebreaker: Granted when you help defeat an Ice Golem at the plaza.
• Storm Chaser: Granted when you help defeat an Electric Golem at the plaza.
• Jack Slayer: Granted when you help defeat Jack O'Grin at the plaza during seasonal rotations.

All four combat milestones require group collaboration in public servers, as enemies appear directly within the common plaza area.

Competitive and Event Defense Badges

The remaining two achievements involve team participation and area defense objectives:

• Race Champion: Requires winning a Red vs Blue race alongside your assigned team.
• Bowl defense: Awarded for successfully defending the bowl of candy from incoming enemy waves during the Halloween event.

Both activities rely on objective completion rather than raw mining progression, distinguishing them from standard zone milestones.
